Our trip to Crete this summer. We mostly spent time at the beach, here are the few shots I took during our stay.

A very nice restaurant located right next to a private small beach. The waiter was amazing! He took 4 shots of raki (!) with us, Gizem and I were swimming drunk that afternoon.

The moon got really huge during one evening, it was a "blue" moon they said.

After an epic team summit in Alaçatı, I had to wait for my flight from Izmir to get back to Paris. 

On the last evening of my company's summit in Riga, I went for a (3 hour) walk with my camera.

The 15th August is a bank holiday in France! Gizem and I rented a car to visit Tuscany for a few days. We went to Florencia, San Gimignano, Lucca, Pisa, and Bologna. It was amazing, we loved the food and this area is so beautiful! Here are the few pictures of our trip. 

We stayed only a few hours there, as we were driving from Bologna's airport to San Gimignano.

We stayed in a little fortified town called San Gimignano. It's on top of a hill, which offers an amazing view on all the surroundings! It's made of small alleys for pedestrian only, and all stones are several centuries old. I definitely recommend to stay there a night if you have the opportunity 😊

From San Gimignano, we drove to Pisa and stayed a few hours. I had some carbonara, we wait a little to get seated and get our food, but it was definitely worth the wait. I should have taken a picture of these carbonaras, I miss them a little. 

From Pisa, we took the car to stay in Lucca for the night. This city is really nice. It's fortified too, however it's much bigger. There are some really nice restaurants there; we went to one in particular, in which the staff didn't really know English, but somehow knew how to make themselves understood. One of them was amazing, a little crazy, even 😆

Last step on the trip: Bologna. We stayed a few days there, and we met Marika, a friend from Stockholm. She brought us to a restaurant where I ate the best lasagna I have ever eaten in my life. Mark my words: best lasagna ever. Even better than the ones we had at LinkedIn. I wish I had taken a picture of these; maybe I should start taking pictures of my food, but I'm usually way too hungry. Also I like to eat hot and there's no time to waste. And it's so uncool to take food pictures imo. Don't do this, and be cool.
